Thanks to our new policies, procedures, checklists and training, we’ve been named a ‘Safe Place to Work and Visit’ by the international health and safety auditor.

We’re a compliance-assured provider with a ‘Stay with Confidence’ badge, because we meet ISAAP’s regulations and best-practice standards of safety, security and duty of care.

This official UK mark signals that we follow government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and have a process for maintaining cleanliness and aiding social distancing.
Just in case you want a bit more information or reassurance, here’s a detailed outline of our procedures:
1. Self-contained apartments.
Each edyn property is built to be lived in, not just slept in. Apartments are kitted out to the highest standards and designed with easy living in mind, with everything you need to work, relax or entertain in style. This includes fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, living and dining space, super-fast Wi-Fi and Smart HD TVs. So, if you want to stock up your fridge, cook for yourself and wash your clothes, you can.
2. Contactless check-in/check-out.
Protective screens have been installed at our front desks to distance our guests and House Hosts. We also ask guests observe social distancing and remain 2 metres apart from one another. All edyn locations are cashless and encourage all guests to pre-pay so they don’t have to use chip and pin machines. If this is necessary, hand sanitiser will be provided pre/post use. Hand sanitiser is readily available at all properties.
3. Hygiene products & high-touch, deep clean approach.
A ‘high-touch, deep clean’ protocol has been introduced. This means public spaces are cleaned at least once every two hours; and we’ve doubled our cleaning efforts in high-touch areas such as lifts, switches and electronic devices, kitchens, handles and doorknobs, amenities and hard surfaces.
4. No-contact cleans on request.
If guests prefer housekeeping keep their distance, they can request a ‘no-contact clean’. This is where guests pick up fresh linen at reception and have Ecolab cleaning products left at their door, so they can clean the room themselves. Housekeeping is also fully equipped with PPE to protect both guests and our team at this time.
5. Food delivery & cooking at ‘home’.
Each edyn apartment comes with a fully-fitted kitchen, so you can enjoy the comfort of cooking at home. If you want to relax with a take-away or order groceries in, we can recommend local restaurants and food delivery services for you.
